Traveling to New Brunswick, you may wish to stay at one of the many heritage inns and hotels, but you could have an invisible guest with you as well... The Fairmont Algonquin Hotel, a hotel built in the late 1800's, is a 250 room hotel that overlooks beautiful St. Andrews and the sea. The original structure was destroyed by a fire in 1914 but was rebuilt in 1915. Several spirits are said to roam the hotel... an old lady who wanders through the dining room playing with the place settings, a bell hop and a night watchman. One of the rooms is rumoured to be haunted by a lady who died of a broken heart, after her fiancé never showed up at the wedding alter.
